Each ticket that you raise will be sent to our TNT Communications Technical Team and they will get back to you as soon as possible. To raise a ticket,  click on the "Service Catalog" at the top of the tab bar and it will automatically direct you to the place where you can raise a ticket to us. 

Here are a few steps to get you started :

1. Click on the Service Catalog on top of the tab bar.
2. Choose the services that you want to request.
3. Fill up the field which is required and place your request.
4. Your service request will been sent to our TNT Communications Technical Department.
